We’ve given LuLu a design refresh to make your experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive than ever.

You’ll notice a cleaner layout, smarter navigation, and a few new tricks to help you get even more from your lending intelligence companion.

Here’s what’s new

Request Feature & Profile Menu; Schedule a Time

Request a feature, and a profile menu is now located in the bottom left corner for easier access and a cleaner workspace. We also added the ability to schedule a call with our team directly inside the platform if you need assistance — no back-and-forth required.

Module Selection

Switch between modules using a new dropdown menu instead of top navigation tabs — giving you more space to focus on insights.

Financial Institution Lookup Tool

Quickly search and compare credit unions and banks right from the prompt bar, your recent lookups appear at the top for quick access.

You can also access this tool by typing @ in the prompt bar.

Expanded Tables in Chat

Need to see more data in a conversation? You can now expand tables directly within chat for easier analysis. The expand icon can be found on the top right corner of tables.
