Personalize LuLu with Global Memories

 

You can now save custom preferences, rules and definitions in LuLu as Memories, so that your preferences are taken into context for improved responses within chats and reports.


To access the Memories feature:
  1. Click on your profile icon located at the bottom left menu.
  2. Select ‘Customize’ to enter the Memories screen.
  3. Click on Global or any module and add a New Memory

We’ve also added new data fields in the NCUA module to support deeper analysis. These fields are available via chats and reports.
