Here’s what you can do starting today…

Customize LuLu to your institution for all modules

Tell LuLu what matters most — from internal acronyms and board policy guidelines to institution-specific calculations and risk tolerance thresholds. LuLu will retain this context and apply it when generating insights and answering questions.

Please note: Customize is available in LuLu chats only, but will soon be available in reports.

To get started:

1. Click the profile icon (bottom left in LuLu)
2. Select Customize
3. Fill out the form and create your peer groups
4. Click Done

Create Custom Peer Groups for LuLu Pulse

You can now define your own peer groups within the NCUA and HMDA modules using attributes such as asset size, portfolio composition, region, and more. These peer groups can be referenced in chat and in reports.
